Employer/Recruiter

This includes all the tools and features there are for the employer or recruiter including job postings, browsing or filtering resumes, managing candidates, prices for posting and browsing and whether or not you need an account.

Job Seeker

This includes all the tools and features there are for the one looking for a job including the different types of searches, whether or not they give an alert via email of the upcoming jobs, posting resumes, remembers searches and if you need a membership or login.

Additional Features

These features are those that may or may not cost money that are available for the jobseeker including quizzes, videos, job fair info, salary reports and resume help.

Articles/Advice

These have feature articles or advice on anything a jobseeker would like to know such as interviews, resumes, salary, job hunting and scam awareness.

Ease of Use

This feature is based on the navigation through the website, relevant job opportunities and more.

Help/Support

The website should offer sufficient customer support, including a FAQ page, email and phone support to address any questions customers may have.

Employer/Recruiter

Post Jobs

This feature in most cases cost money, but allows the employer to post job opportunities.

Browse Resumes

This feature in most cases cost money, but allows the employer to browse the jobseeker resumes that are on file.

Filter Resumes

This feature allows the employer to set specific criteria that will eliminate those that don’t and find those that have the exact qualifications.

Manage Candidates

This feature allows the employer to manage or keep track of those that do have the specific qualifications and or are interested in the posting.

Job Seeker

Post Resumes

This feature allows the seeker to post his or her resumes for any employer to see. This is a free service for the seeker and will guide you to more job opportunities.

Build Portfolio

This feature will allow you to build a collection of your work samples, resume, cover letter, award letters and anything else that will aid you in your job search.

Job Alert

This feature will alert you by email when there is a job that fits with your experience and qualifications.

Membership/Login

Some of these services include a free membership or login to browse through jobs.

Searches

There are numerous ways to search for available jobs including searching by keywords, company, category, location, title, job status, date and degree or experience.

Job Status

This search will let you know the part–time, fulltime, temporary an work at home jobs that are available.

This feature offers quizzes that will allow the seeker to test themselves on interview or resume etiquette and their weaknesses and strengths, so they know what to work on or what job environment they would excel in.
