America’s Job Bank allows you to sift the resumes with an automated search. This search, called a resume scout, will then email resumes that fit your written job requirements. You can limit your search to your hometown or search nationwide.

You can post jobs on America’s Job Bank, but we could not find information about job posting fees. However, the program will offer suggestions about how to write an effective job ad.

As a job seeker, you can set up an automated search to find jobs by keyword, location or job category and have the results e–mailed to you. In addition, you can create resumes and cover letters, which will be posted online. America’s job Bank will also let you check the activity of your resume.
